Lagoon 40 Motor Yacht 2015

The 2015 Lagoon 40 Motor Yacht is a 4-cabin, 4-bathroom motor catamaran built with the manufacturer’s Charter equipment package. Thanks to its twin-hull design, it offers a significantly more spacious saloon, more airy cabins and much more stable roll behaviour whilst underway compared to single-hull motor yachts of the same length.

The vessel is fitted with 2 x 75 HP Yanmar 4JH4TCE diesel engines. Two oversized 400-litre aluminium fuel tanks have been ordered as a non-standard specification; this significantly increases the range between refuelling stops on long voyages compared to the standard configuration.

The electrical system has been configured with heavy-duty use in mind: instead of the standard battery bank, it features a 480 Ah gel battery set, a 12/220V 2000 VA inverter and an electric toilet + waste tank package serving all four cabins. An additional 300-litre fresh water tank has also been fitted to the boat at the factory.

The outdoor living areas are fully equipped: sunbathing cushions for the foredeck and flybridge, cockpit cushions with stainless steel backrests, a side ladder and an outboard motor bracket at the stern. The upholstery is the manufacturer’s standard ‘Shark Brown’ fabric.

With its four-cabin layout, the yacht is suitable for both private use and charter operations, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The yacht can be viewed in Fethiye; a survey and sea trial can be arranged on request.
